Marie Panyko, president of Maximum Performance, is a consultant, seminar leader and professional speaker. She partners with corporate clients, non-profit organizations and professional associations providing consulting services, workshops and keynote speeches in the areas of Collaborative Leadership, Team Productivity and Communication.
Marie specializes in helping individuals and work groups strengthen the link between their peak performance and effectiveness in the workplace to their organization's success. Each year, Marie creates and delivers over 100 presentations and programs, equipping the participants with the skills necessary to meet their commitments, goals and objectives in the rapidly changing environment of the new millenium. In addition, Marie utilizes her natural talents as a facilitator to help individuals and groups resolve conflict and improve their interpersonal processes and performance.
Marie has a passion for motivational speaking. She is a member of the National Speakers Association
and Toastmasters International and speaks from extensive experience on management and leadership, communication and teamwork. A consistent theme in her presentations is how to successfully balance the seemingly paradoxical choices in our lives.
Prior to starting Maximum Performance, Marie spent over a decade of her career in a Fortune 500 company, leading the Leadership and Executive Development Team. She worked closely with managers and executives providing feedback and developmental coaching. She enabled groups to develop frameworks and techniques to implement change on both an individual and organizational level. Marie holds an MBA and has completed post-graduate work in Human Resources. She holds multiple certifications in leadership and team assessments.
